As the number of wind farms equipped with our solutions continues to grow, Biodiv-Wind is creating a new COO position to support this expansion.
Reporting to the VBU Leader and serving as a member of the Executive Management Team, the COO will oversee all company operations. Working closely with department managers, they will translate strategy into operational plans while ensuring service quality for wind farm operators, operational performance and business growth.
Ideal candidate: Proven experience in operations management within renewable energy, wind energy or an industrial environment combining hardware, software and services. Fluency in both French and English is essential.
Position: Permanent, full-time contract based in Boujan-sur-Libron (Béziers / Montpellier, France), with partial remote working options.
