Systems & Networks Technician
Your Mission:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the following activities:
• Monitor the operation of devices installed in wind turbines
• Diagnose, escalate, and/or resolve encountered anomalies
• Provide remote technical assistance during the installation of SafeWind solutions
• Configure SafeWind solutions
• Provide hotline support to clients (emails, phone calls) on technical issues, especially during scheduled on-call periods (daytime)
• Write pre-formatted reports, procedures, and summaries
• Contribute to the development of new supervision tools (specifications, product definition, testing…)
Profile:
Ideally holding a degree in systems & networks (Bac +2/3), you preferably have professional experience in a similar position. Possessing good interpersonal skills, you have a sense of contact and enjoy working in a team. You are meticulous and willing to invest in a sustainable manner.
Technical Skills Required for this Position:
• Systems: Microsoft environment, Windows Server, Linux
• Networks: Routing, Firewall, VPN, VLAN, Security
In-depth knowledge of DHCP/DNS/TCP/IP
• Level 1 and 2 computer maintenance
• Scripting: PowerShell, Bash, Python
Languages: Essential English (complete professional competence – written and oral)
Spanish/German highly appreciated
Contract: Permanent, 35 hours/week + On-call duties

Location: Position based in Boujan-sur-Libron (Béziers, Hérault) or Castelnau-le-Lez (Montpellier, Hérault)
